Gift Points with a Private Message
Be generous. Let them know how much their post means to you. Simply a thank you or intro .... by gifting another Tally User some points.
Engage with Tally It to earn points and redeem for rewards on Tally It marketplace, but don't get too caught up on how many points you have. Remember to gift points to other creators that you enjoy watching; showing them more appreciation than just a like or comment. Gifting points to other users is the only way to send a DM to your friends, so take advantage of it and gift points to your friends, followers, and favorite creators with a personal message.
The only way to private message within Tally is to gift another User points. Sure you could gift just 1 point, but that'd be pretty lame. All messages and history of gifting is kept track of in your Activity feed, with the culmination of your points on the Leaderboard.
You are able to gift to another User where ever you see the "gift" icon. So, directly from the home screen while seeing a video post - boom you can gift to that user. Or, while checking out another User's profile you'll be able to gift to them from there as well.
